What kind of modalities do I use in a session?

When working with trauma is it incredibly important that we work with mind, body and spirit to create a holistic and integrated healing experience. Within a session I will create a safe and sacred space for you in which I will use a combination of healing modalities that I am intuitively drawn to use for your individual needs. Each package and session that I have created combines a variety of complementary healing modalities to give you a layered and all encompassing healing experience. The healing modalities I have included are mindfulness, meditation, crystal therapy, chakra balancing, color therapy, yoga, Reiki, sound healing and talk therapy. Check out the links to read a little more about a few of these awesome modalities and how they can help with trauma.
